I know fantasypros' data is averages from a lot of experts and boris chen uses a clustering algo pulling their data from fantasypros.

Fantasypros system itself forces these guys to deviate from the pack to ever get the attention.
Not sure how they rank their rankers, possibly heavier weighted for the top of rankings then the bottom.
