I wouldn’t worry about that.
For makeup though i’d recommend going to a makeup or cosmetology school that offers makeup applications.
The students will be good, teachers will be helpful, product will be clean and not out for.
Webthere are three levels of ulta stylists.
Stylist, master stylist and elite stylist.
The level depends on the amount of education they have completed thru ulta.
